He has always tried to give back to this community that has given him so much. He has been involved in organizing blood drives and health check camps in several places in Thane. He would consider himself successful if he is able to bring a smile on someone’s face if he is able to help someone pursue his or her dream and help someone in need.

In 2008, Madhur Rao capitalized on his years of construction expertise by launching Prannav Enterprises, a center of excellence for specialized real estate project. For almost a decade, Madhur Rao has spearheaded Prannav Enterprises in winning and delivering a number of complex projects in Thane area. Madhur has grown to become a respected member of the industry because of his ability to deliver value to his clients.
