Words by Madhur Manohar Rao – Founder, Prannav Group
I am Madhur Manohar Rao, and my journey in the construction industry began in 2002, where I worked as a supervisor until 2006.
After gaining valuable on-site experience, I began independently started working on various types of civil work, including painting, tiling, plastering, building repairs, road construction, excavation, and labour management.
In 2014, I founded Prannav Group, and we received our first major contract as a Lock & Key contractor from Raunak Group for the Tulip building in Devdaya Nagar. At the time, only four floors were completed — Prannav Group successfully constructed the remaining structure up to the 12th floor.
Since then, Prannav Group has successfully completed 23 buildings as a lock & key contractor.
Expanding our vision, we entered into real estate development. As a developer, Prannav Group has completed: Sarodarshan (G+7), near Talav Pali, and an ongoing S.R.A. project in Kalwa named Shiv Anand Heights (G+22), which is currently under construction.
